Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated on 2023-12-30

We start billing you on the day you sign up for a paid subscription and every month thereafter, on the same day of the month (henceforth referred to as the “billing date”).
If you sign up for a paid subscription on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of a month, we will bill you on the first day of the following month. The first day of the following month will be your billing date.
If there are additional charges incurred during the month, such as for additional users or storage, we will bill you for those charges on the subsequent billing date.
A billing cycle is a period of time between billing dates. Your billing cycle will be monthly, starting on your billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
Once you cancel your paid subscription, you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing cycle.
If there are no additional charges incurred during the month, such as for additional users or storage, we will not bill you on the subsequent billing date.
If there are additional charges incurred during the month, such as for additional users or storage, we will bill you only for those charges on the subsequent billing date.
Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after that billing cycle.
Post cancellation, you will be downgraded to the free plan.
Refunds
Once you start a paid subscription, you will be charged for the entire billing cycle, even if you cancel before the end of that billing cycle.
Once you pay for a billing cycle, you will not be refunded for any unused portion of that billing cycle.
We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Disputes
Should you encounter any billing inaccuracies in a specific invoice, feel free to contact our support team, and we’ll assist you in promptly resolving the matter.
